Overview
We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Junior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market segment. You will play a key role in developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, inbound leads, and performance marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies for the SMB market segment.
Identify and experiment with new growth channels and tactics.
analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing and event activation.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
A/B tests different campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide support for lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with the product team to gather insights on product usage and identify opportunities for product-led growth.
Partner with the inbound leads and performance marketing teams to optimize lead generation and acquisition strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and churn rate.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and growth initiatives.
Use data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 -3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.

Experience in campaign management and optimization.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Social Media Insights Tools).
