Job Description:
Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns, utilizing email marketing, automation workflows, and personalized content to engage leads throughout the funnel.
Implement and monitor calls-to-action (CTAs) and landing pages to convert website visitors into leads.
Work with the sales team to develop lead scoring models, ensuring the highest-quality leads are passed to sales.
HubSpot Monitoring & Lead Quality Checking
Use HubSpot to monitor, track, and manage the lead lifecycle from initial capture to conversion.
Conduct lead quality checks, ensuring the leads generated meet the criteria for B2B Growth and enterprise segments.
Provide feedback to adjust targeting and content strategies based on lead quality and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound and performance marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical mindset and passionate about using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Tiktok Ads Manager
