Job Summary:


As a Growth Marketing professional at VIDA Digital Identity, you will be at the forefront of expanding our network, building strategic connections, and driving user growth for the VIDA App. This role combines elements of business development, community marketing, and sales, with a focus on opening opportunities and building initial relationships.    You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the leads you identify into engaged customers of the VIDA App.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Network Development & Strategic Connections:

    • Identify and reach out to potential strategic connections, including companies, communities, and relevant organizations.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential connections through meetings, events, and regular communication.

    • Establish mutually beneficial connections.

    • Act as a "door opener," ensuring that initial relationships are effectively handed off to the Sales Team for deeper engagement, specifically focusing on the VIDA App's document management, digital signature, and e-meterai functionalities.


  • Community Marketing & Events:

    • Plan and execute events, workshops, and community meetups to increase brand awareness and user engagement for the VIDA App, highlighting its document management, digital signature, and e-meterai features.

    • Identify and engage with relevant online and offline communities to expand VIDA App's reach.

    • Develop and implement community marketing strategies to build brand loyalty and advocacy for the VIDA App, particularly for its core services.


  • User Growth & Acquisition:

    • Identify and test new user acquisition channels, both online and offline, for the VIDA App's document management, digital signature, and e-meterai platforms.

    • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop integrated and effective campaigns.

    • Explore and develop offline growth potentials such as event participation and canvassing to increase VIDA App users, focusing on the platform’s core offerings.


  • Networking:

    • Build and expand a professional network by attending industry events, conferences, and business meetings.

    • Seek collaboration opportunities with key stakeholders across various industries, specifically to increase the user base of the VIDA App and promote its document management, digital signature, and e-meterai services.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, community marketing, or sales, preferably in a tech startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in planning and executing events and community marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.

  • A wide professional network is a strong plus.

  • Strong persistence.


Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of marketing tactics and execution, both offline and online.

  • Knowledge and experience of communication strategy.

  • Negotiation skills.
