Overview


We're looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing cybersecurity and digital identity startup. You will be a key player in bridging the gap between our product team and sales team, ensuring our salesforce has the tools and knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B Growth/SMB and Enterprise clients. You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing & Growth and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop compelling sales enablement content, adapt marketing materials for sales use, and contribute to our overall growth.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Enablement Content Development:

  • Assist in the creation and management of sales enablement materials, including presentations, product datasheets, battle cards, and case studies.

  • Adapt existing marketing content into sales-friendly formats, ensuring clarity and relevance to the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and identify content needs. 


Marketing Content Adaptation:

  • Repurpose marketing content, such as blog posts and white papers, into concise and impactful sales tools .

  • Develop email marketing templates and content for lead nurturing and customer engagement .

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all sales and marketing materials .


Go-to-Market Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns for the B2B Enterprise and Growth/SMB segments.

  • Support the development of marketing collateral and website content .

  • Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing reports and insights.



Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather information on industry trends and opportunities. 

  • Assist in developing product positioning and messaging. 



Growth Opportunities:


Sales Enablement Expertise:

  • Gain hands-on experience in creating and managing sales enablement content. 

  • Learn how to effectively communicate product value propositions to sales teams. 

  • Develop skills in content adaptation and repurposing for different audiences 


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand their needs and challenges. 

  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. 


Mentorship & Development:

Receive guidance and mentorship from the VP of Marketing and Growth.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product management, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, product management, or a related field.

  • Passion for B2B marketing and technology .

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills .

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
