Role Overview:
We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a seasoned HR Generalist (7+ years) who thrives in a dynamic environment and can wear multiple hats. This role is perfect for someone who loves building processes from scratch, shaping culture, and partnering with teams across the organization to drive growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and help attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Own HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, and HRIS management, while continuously improving processes.
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders and teams across the company—guiding on performance, employee engagement, career development, company culture and employee relations.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives—from engagement activities to policy design—to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to help the business make informed people decisions.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and business partnering.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership, proactive mindset, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
