Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at VIDA, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a dynamic tech environment. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment efforts, learn sourcing strategies, and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles at VIDA. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in a career in HR or Talent Acquisition, offering valuable insights into the fast-paced world of digital identity and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social networks.
Screening & Shortlisting: Support initial candidate screening and shortlist applicants based on role requirements.
Interview Coordination: Help coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates professionally, providing updates on their application status and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Job Posting: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals and the company website.
Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity.
Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance VIDA’s employer branding and attract top talent.
Special Projects: Contribute to team projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
