Channel Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for leading the execution of channel partnerships routes-to-market of our Indonesia channel strategy.
  • Channel partnerships include but are not limited to consulting partners, system integrators, services partners, telecommunication partners, independent software vendors etc.
  • Set clear GTM strategy and execution plan for strategic partners against the top Industry and/or segment scenarios.
  • Understands VIDA’s business value proposition, commercial structure and technical solutions to approach and recruit partners, develop them to achieve team objectives.
  • Collaboration between Sales/ Business Development, Solution Architect, Marketing and cross functional team to ensure joint success as a tribe.
  • Identify key stakeholders and build deep relationships within the partner ecosystems to deliver VIDA tribe goals.
  • Identifies gaps in the partner ecosystem by industry and ensures prioritization of recruitment and GTM.
  • Contribute with programs, co-marketing and partner management in the design of internal and external programs, regular partner pipeline review, quarterly business review, annual business planning and partner Joint Business Planning.
  • Uphold and demonstrate VIDA tribe values internally and externally.
  • Support in achieving team OKRs which includes number of partners recruited and enabled, co-marketing, partner sourced pipeline, new logos acquired, number of joint customer references, revenue resold and influenced.
  • Support leadership in various business reviews and forecasts (Weekly business review, Quarterly business reviews and annual business planning) internally and demonstrate operational excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Total 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Working with consulting partners, SI partners or OEM, VAR, and ISV channels.
  • 3+ years of direct sales in the Enterprise Technology industry.
  • Outstanding knowledge of partner development approaches to seed and grow software partner businesses in Indonesia
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience working with Sales and cross functional teams driving and building the partner ecosystem
  • Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
  • History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
  • Working knowledge of Identity Services, SaaS, PaaS, aPaaS markets
  • Experience creating and building differentiated relationships with Reseller partners

The United Nations (UN) and World Bank ID4D initiatives aim to provide everyone on the planet with a legal identity by 2030. This deadline is just 9 years away, we are expecting a digital identity to be a legal human right by then and we at VIDA want to be pioneers in leading this change.
